At City Computers, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website or services.

3 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your product is defective on arrival, you may request a replacement within 3 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a DOA claim:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must report the issue within 72 hours of receiving the item.

  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos of the defect and unboxing) is required.

Please note:

  • DOA claims are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

  • Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.


🔁 General Returns (Non-DOA)

Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, compatibility issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure product specifications match your requirements before purchase.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product was not as described.

  • The product was damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours.


💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • The item is out of stock after payment.

  • We are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Your DOA return is not replaceable due to lack of stock.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


🔧 Warranty & Repairs

Most products sold at City Computers come with manufacturer’s warranty (1 year or more). Warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer’s authorized service centers. We’re happy to guide you through the process.


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details and issue description with photos/videos.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  4. Once approved, return the item to the designated address using safe packaging.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Products with broken warranty seals

  • Clearance or sale items (unless DOA)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
