  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery across Nepal. Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on location and product category.

  • Once the product is handed over to the courier, City Computers is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

  • Damaged or tampered packages should be reported immediately upon delivery.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) return policy:

  • Items found defective upon delivery can be returned within 3 days of receipt.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

  • No returns accepted for change-of-mind or cosmetic reasons.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days.

7. Warranty

  • City Computers does not provide warranty service unless explicitly stated.

  • Physical or liquid damage voids warranty.
